I'm looking for input here on gearing a frenzy merc to help shred bosses on players8 when I'm playing with my Tri-brid FoHdin (FoH, Hammers, Smite/Fanat) with a slight focus on crushing blow

So far, I have him equipped with a Lawbringer PB and a Crescent Moon PB for the Decrepify and Static Field procs, but I have a few questions...

With the atk speed buffs from his Frenzy, and my Fanaticism aura, do I really need these proc-based runewords in a PB for the -30 weapon speed or would I be able to max his atk frames with slower, harder hitting weapon bases too?

I was trying to find answers about the atk speed of this new merc, and there aren't any resources out there. I know the Stun and Bash attacks on the other A5 merc have their own frame calculations, so I wasn't sure whether Frenzy does too.

Can we just assume he uses the normal atk frames, then do the calculation using those frames? Also, how does dual wielding affect his atk speed, if at all?
