Ok, so I'm reading about telsadin builds and I see dream is required. Dream can go in 3 separate slots. Why don't the guides suggest 3 dreams instead if 2. If holy shock stacks, wouldn't 3 stacks be more powerful than 2?

Dream can only go 2 slots.

If you wanna do the tesladin, try look into the auradin as well. Fire and lightning aura ;)

Telsadin is just lightning, Auradin is fire and lightning. Here is a full Auradin:
