Yes of course you can. I have a telebowa based on CJs build but modified for pure bowa, no stash cube. BvC doesn't easy me nor does a smiter.

I don't even swap to my ss at any point. 2-3 GA sprays and away i go in straight lines. Go back and forth and tangle them up in GA. Follow up their retreat w waves of multi spam. If a smiter gets within 2 frames you dip and re engage. Catch BvC in ww locks and spam Ga. Always make sure valk is up.

I am max Ga, max multi, max Crit ,high penetrate, and minor in other passives. 6.1k GA, 70fcr, 65ias, shadow bow.
