As stated in topic what are best setups for current d2r Patch vs:

Druids (no block max dr 99/99?)
Casters (163/99 max life?)
Melee (mb 99/99 max Dr?)

Or is fhr even not that important anymore and u just skip the mentioned best?? Also are tornados blockable again??? Ty In advance

I feel like Windy is always best built at 163/99. Now you can also cast all pets instead of just one type, so you have even more protection than before. DR can be built in with a 163 too.

99 FHR isn't hard to hit either way. Magic 2 socket pelt with Shael Shael and one small charm and Spirit, or Dancers w/ 1 ele FHR GC and 1 sc and Spirit.

so u dont feel the mb setups? aswell what are your thoughts on the "new" d2r FHR, will it still be important or completely obsolete

I don't see why you would need MB for a Druid. I'm sure if it fits your playstyle, go for it. But if you have a bunch of pets and your Oak can give a lot of HP on top of not casting with garbage frame rates, then why would you do it?

ye i mean it depends right? cuz with 163 and max dr its pretty much useless to get mb imho other setups might consider it though

Other MB setups do so or can do so because they can still keep their breakpoints without too much sacrifice. I mean I could dump 400 dex into my Druid and still get 163 FCR with a Spirit block set up, but that would be stupid. Necro on the other hand, for example, can just swap a bunch of gear for MB and still get 125 FCR with decent damage. 0 dex needed.
