I have not played pvp or amazon since early 1.12 so need some feedback for the experts here
I feel quite confident on the gear(thanks to CeeJay's guide), however the skill setup is where Im not sure on how much to invest in plague/MS/Strafe/passive skills.

I would rate it like this:
Change 120/45 diadem with 2/20fcr/30frw/2soc/str/adds, ideally @ res '40ed/15ias*2)
Put 15ias/15@ in stormshield.
Swap faith shadow for Faith MB
Swap eth titans for: 2ama/2java/30ias/300+ed javs(dont have to be eth)
Swap gloves with 2java/20ias/kb/str/adds

30 + 20 = 50ias bow side (42ias breakpoint if lvl 15 fana)
30 + 20 + 15 + 30 = 95ias jav side.

Then try to have an ammu:
2ama/18+fcr/str or life or dex/@

Then try to have ring:
10fcr/str/dex or life/mana/@

But if ur not able to get ur hands on special javs, gloves and diadem, then ur build looks really ok for "standard" gear with exception for resists (-15)
