simple hammerdin gear. 75fcr is enough (Hoto, eni, shako, hoz, maras, arach, mages, wt, raven, soj, torch, anni, etc.)
FoH is pretty strong in Hell CS and for Pit Runes

everything else can be hard because no demon/undead

I would recommend pindle as well
you can do some pretty fast runs with an fohdin
