howdy. im trying to make a brand bow necro shooting bone spears at people. I read that cool guide about the werenecro using brand but I'd like to try stay as a necro shooting. any advice in bases? Im a bit confused about ias breakpoints. I also feel like i read something about the 100% chance on striking proc being on an internal cooldown so maybe attack speed might not be a huge issue? overall super confused and would appreciate some advice on how to do this

Guide is to get an 8 spear White Wand, a bunch of +skill items, 125 FCR, and completely disregard the idea of building a Bow Necro...

Seriously, instead of using a +50 skill Bone Spear, who thought it was a good idea to stick with a level 18 one. On a caster that uses Bone Spear.

yeah but bows are cooler

Make a Mist or Faith summon Necro. At the very least the Auras will help you.

I guess i should have explained myself a bit better. Im super aware that this is not going to be a very strong build, but I'd like to try it anyway becuase it sounds fun. If i can make it playable then it will be a victory for me

Bears now suck, so this build is only viable in old d2. As you can see it's not very strong, but can clear the game.
I went with skelies to have some meat shields.
