i just sold this same sorc. Minus the boots and fcr ring. she 1 hit alot of chars but still, can be sorbed. i hit 17k blizz also.

i do coh and es cta, 70 es and split vita energy normally, 105fcr
11k blizzard, really really tanky

i was hoping i could trade an fcr breakpoint and the ES tankiness for more damage to kill the paladins that seem to eat 10 blizzards and not care but i'm thinking that won't work

idk what to do. i've spent 40k on sorc gear and some matchups just seem pointless

thats actually an awesome build. 11k with ES is a feat to be proud of and im sure your tanky with CoH. But to be honest no matter what you are gonna deal with that as a sorc. its just something we have to accept when using a sorc.. every element can be sorbed.

i was going through the same thing as you. so i bought 2020 Jeweler armor and 2020Jmod along with NW and DF but it still didnt help much when they Sorb, i saw a bit extra chip dmg and thats it.

That’s why u go Afk if they absorb until they take it off and then oneshot and nk them

yes that's what make them tilt so fucking hard, cos they have to go through the effort to swap the gear every time, but when they pick up absorb theyre usually low on dr % or other stuff like fcr (like ppl swapping out a spirit for 4x saphire monarch) so they gotta remove the absorb else they get shit on by other ppl and ur afk anyway

i have a tal rasha fire sorc and i once killed this mage guy who probably spent like 100k fg on his character, he got so mad he took absorb and kept spamming '' hit me again sorc '' i just went afk only to kill him again like 5 minutes later

people with expansive chars can't stand losing against tal rasha sorcs
