how to equip it properly (primary/secondary) to achieve the highest ias?
let's say im using GT and wrist sword. BoS lvl16

BoS should take care of it regardless of base, but ideally glove side claw would be the GT.

There is only 1-2 scenarios where bos is used

1 is nec
2 is hdin

But if hdin uses grief charge then use fade
