Hello I am considering to make an hybrid wwsin and instead of chaos + fury (or rare claw) going to chaos + plague.

Of course I would invest lots of points in venom.

Do you think this is viable ?
In this case the quickest claw would be the chaos one, it would be the main hand (on a runic claw for instance).

Doing something similar but I’m not using chaos for the Ww using it for FO and running a blades in chaos/ plague and on my swap nats claw with a wind claw that has + dragon flight and death sentry currently trying to figure what claw should be in what hand

In theory it would be good yes but whirlwind is still bugged so there’s no ww char that works

So maybe a kick/ light sentry is more viable in pvp ?

i dont think assa's are rly good at all until they fix the whirlwind thing tbh

but they're not gonna fix it cos the bug has been here since the beta and people have been ranting about it to blizzard ever since then, yet nothing happened.

Venom is not particularly good. Nor is it ever wise to go out of your way to build around it for pvp.

While plague has decent stats, it’s lack of AR and damage make it very meh. Additionally, the lower resist ctc is very easy to stack resist against.



All this doesn’t even mention the fact that WW is fucked and there is no such thing as trap lock anymore.

Damage is pretty nice no? It has like 320% ed nearly the same as chaos and some deadly strike, 5 skills, open wounds and it also procs lower resist quite often when struck which removes like 57@ iirc
