I want to build a Sythe ES+Nova sor, max skills in: nova/es/light mastery and related buffy skills, max attributes in Energy after str requirements met.
My question is whether this build need to invest some FHR？ or whether being hit or taking melee damage on ES sor will trigger the hit&recovery?

It won’t trigger much as es sorc but early frames increase by very little fhr

I would just get a pair of sands as boots if u don’t have to use WT, the psn resist also helps as it’s quite a problem on es sorc

20 or 30 should be fine to have

tx for the guide, i now go 86 fhr, very tanky

that’s very high fhr I don’t think that’s necessary
