Currently running hydra orb sorc, I’m using an occy, nightwing 9% with a 3/3 cold, +26 p topaz vmagi, dual res mf boots, res and star gloves w mf, +2 sorc skiller ammy, tal Rasha belt, and a spirit mon. I’m level 80 as of now. Want to eventually move to a nova sorc with griff and infinity but I don’t know what to go after next. Going full blizz or blizz orb vs staying hyrda orb. Currently running meph and Andy then arcane for keys. Should I go for a deaths fathom, buy the 3 piece tal set, or just continually save for a infinity. Don’t have a Lo for a merc fort as well so he’s pretty much no help. Ideas and help appreciated

More than likely wanna go for a chaos and cow clearing nova sorc so I think I’ll save for the infinity. Thank you for the help!

Pure blizz is the best sorc when you don't have good items. Use act 2 merc with might and reapers toll.

get treachery on merc, it's super cheap. also forti > treachery dps wise.

with hydra orb, mefisto shouldn't even touch you.

if you are on b.net, just do some baal runs, get to 90 or even 95, you will see a clear improvement.

That’s smart too, hadn’t considered leveling more for more levels. Gonna switch back to a full blizz sorc after leveling and will build my merc up to take out those immunes

Get a CTA and beef your Merc for Immunes. Torch, Skillers, and damage between elements.

No need to spend high amounts for BIS, when the second best gear is ten times cheaper. Whatever you need to efficiently farm Keys, Chaos, and Baal and you're good to go.
