My question is where to spend the unused skill points after all berserk synergies and mastery are maxed, and character is non MF in HC.
Leap, find item are 1 pointed, 10-13 points left, char is geared so no natural res is needed.
One option is to remove res from storm and click 10 points on natural resist and use the socket for damage.
Have 2nd mf char, so find item not an option.

Second question is what is the best combo for gloves, belt, boots if you don't care mf.

Gloves: dracs. No better alt for a barb, laying of hands or vamps is an okay sub
Belt: laying of hands OR verdungos. Dungos is arguabally better but marginally.
Boots: can get fancy with these. Either tri res with FRW and such or gore riders or goblin toes
(I prefer gore riders)
I would pour some points into your iron skin.
Side bar I would NOT go berserk on hardcore but to each their own. I believe frenzy or WW would suit much better.
Frenzy is dope but takes a ton of points to max out
Whirlwind deals a lot of dmg based on your gear but only needs 23 points to max out and you’ve got all the dmg
Edit: also, the weakening shout is good. The death totems are super buffed they weaken and slow all enemies non champion enemies while making them run away

Dracs for berserk barb doesn't sound good to me. Life tap is not usable with berserk.
And Iron skin using berserk sounds terrible.

LoH is a lot better

String of ears is also better than verdungo, people forget about the mdr

Best combo would be loh soe gore

atm not sure what is best:
3 ik combo: 45 str, 20 dex, some res, 25 fhr, 25 ias, 2 combat, 25 mf - this combo gives free socket for good max dmg jewel

loh(in need of fhr socket somewhere)/ bloodfist , dungo/ string of year, wt or gore riders..
With forti armor think wt should be superior.
