Hey guys what are the IAS Breakpoints for frenzy barb?
Can you use 2x 30ias Griefs and still have max attack speed?

I think if they are phase blade you don't need more ias. But maybe it was with highlords and laying of hands.

So even 2x30ias Grief high max attack speed with Loh and Highlord
