Are most people still rocking 86 fhr breakpoint on most characters after 2.4 or how are lower breakpoints working in pvp?

it still helps, it just has less value

if you don't have to sacrifice a lot of stats to hit a breakpoint, for example a hammerdin or v/t gets 85 fhr from spirit/coa alone, u just need dungo or 1 small charm to hit 86, then you're fine.

i wouldn't go out of your way on a paladin to hit 86 fhr with shako or griffon for example by equipping 3 fhr sks

You’ve always ever only needed 48 fhr or and equal to the same bp.

I quit d2r cause they ruined the game but ya should work the same in theory if they didn’t completely screw that up too.
