Infinity scythe
Enigma
2/20 amulet
Magefist
Aldurs boots or sandstorm trek or 30/10/tri res boots
Arach
2x 10fcr rings with life resist mana



A cheap option is the same as above except:
Viper magi
Maras
1x soj or bk



Mercenary:
Insight thresher
Fort or treachery
Andarials or crown of thieves or tal Rasha helm

thx for your answer, im more looking for a skill build, idk what is optimal.

It’s synergies lightning mastery etc.
