Since there is like an internal cd for foh should I be building fcr?
If so what is the desired fcr breakpoint?

Ideally looking to add as much mf as I can without hindering it's dmg too much and it becomes alot easier with this answer!

75 is enough.

i tried it with Spirit sword and shield. its running good
