Is there an updated guide for the new patch? Biggest question is do you still stop leveling Cold Mastery at some point due to hard cap? I thought cap was maybe around 130% but idk.

New runewords are worse than already Existing easy to obtain options.

All the old top tier builds are still top tier.



The only Thing the changes they made Affected was pvp. Which made pvp even worse than it already was on d2r.

Blizzard is completely incompetent.

This is to be expected when Mr.HasLessIQthanALlama is the face of your game.
