Is only base skill points that contribute to synergies
or do points given though gear/charms contribute to synergies as well ?

Also how much faster block rate should my sorc have to have the best chance teleporting through hell world stone
Also any other advice given to be successful in teleporting would be appreciated

Soft skill points into synergies dont affect main skills.

I use stormshield with a shael and I honestly dont recommend teleporting with any shield that doesnt have at leat 20% fbr.

Sorry i dont understand so soft skills will not contribute to synergies ?
