I've never played seriously as a barb so can someone help with budget build/gear that can farm travi on hell (grief and forti are not budget at the moment).

just look at the maxroll barb guides. Berserk or frenzy will both do it cheap.

GA + obedience + tals helm is a cheap solid merc too with 90% res.

You primarily focus on buffing your merc, while you use a combination of gold find / MF gear.

It’s cheap.
