I have a martial art assassin (vampire built using cobra strike/dragon claw)

Im wearing a Treachery and when the procing fade is started, it cuts my burst of speed and reactivating burst of speed removes fade.

I know skill wise we cant have both at the same time, But I though Procing skill would no affect the "real" skill...

Does anyone know about this?

Treachery is bad for anyone other than a merc.

Everything is working as it is should.

It's a solid starter for sin. I would personally go hybrid and utilize traps. Found clear speed much smoother...

End of the day if your main attack is physical , fade

Traps, bos

It’s a solid starter for anything, java, sin, barb, smiter, anything that can utilize attack speed

But the guy is clueless about the game
