I have an insight with 210 str. req. Merc is 25 short. Any tips?

level him up, use armor/hel with str bonus (helms: giant skull/andariels), socket armor helm with Fal rune or perf Ame

Guillaume's with perfect amethyst = 15 + 10 = 25. Considering if your merc already don't have a helmet with str on it.
