Here's a guide for the tele sorc in your reset group or map guides for your mf runs.
Formatting is from the notes on my phone so my apologies.
Left/Right is based on how you exit the entrance tile.
Act 1
Cold plains- raven in corner
Stony- next to path
Underground - straight or right straight
Tower - left
Tamoe Highlands- always top right
Outer col. -WP near middle, up
-WP right open middle, left
-WP bottom/left, right
Barracks- left or straight, exit and malus
Jail 1&2 - straight, WP left
Jail 3 - left
Cat 2 - exit right of WP, counter clockwise, find wp, clockwise find exit
Act 2
Sewers1- enter bottom, bottom left or bottom right
Sewers 2- straight
Sewers 3- left
General - exits in true corners
Lost city - can immediately turn into valley, can never have valley in bottom
Halls - left, tiles face opposite of DE
Maggot 1&2 - right
Maggot 3 - straight across, top right
Snakes - left
Palace - need door on outside, else go in one tile
Arcane- clockwise, portal-windy-straight-stairs
Magi- circle, crescent, square, sun, arrow, triangle, crescent circle
Tomb- left; duriel bug for sorc
Act 3
2x6 blocks, exits on 3, 5, 6 blocks, 3 tiles of side areas, denoted by grey pillars, WP, dungeon, etc.

double bridge = entrance to side
Marsh- kick off to left at 3 is jungle
Spider cavern- straight down, might be wall
Dungeon- left
Lower kurast-bazaar very bottom or top based on Stoney entrance
Upper - exit opposite of bazaar
Sewers - clockwise, right of chest
Causeway/trav in middle of sewers
Durance 1 - left
Durance 2 - left of WP, straight of 1
Act4
Outer to plains- Either bottom left or top right
Plains to city - top, right or bottom
River of flame- go to right or top right
Act5
Frigid highlands- direction of stairs is direction to go
Plateau- direction of red portals and stairs
Undergrounds - left exit, straight extras, WP right
Glacial trail- WP is down
Frozen tundra - straight across
World stone 2- same as catacombs
