Does deadly strike still not apply to dragon talon, tail, or flight? I am aware that those kicks can get to high numbers without any extra help.

I'm wondering considering Plague runeword which has deadly strike.

DS and crit do not apply to kicks.

CB% and OW% does.
most pvm and uberkiller kicksins are built around high CB% to take advantage of the attack speed.

Budget PVM uber only sin. Do you know IAS requirements or is Stormlash (30) + Sheal (20) + 15 from jewel OK to hit 65?

This is for dragon talon no BOS fade sin.

dtalon bps for scourge are 95ias for 7/3/3/.. kicks and 50ias for 8/3/3/.. kicks
for a faded uber killer the 50ias bp is fine
no jewel needed
