The 2.4 Bowa Buff is real.

No need to go hybrid for 2.4 as a bowa to run things the quickest. Pure bowa spec is totally viable even for the boss.

Strictly for PvM:

Telebowa>>>>>Runner 100% as usual.
Shadow/Diamond/Mat>>>>>>GMB 100% as usual.

It's 2022. Let's not run around with expensive FRW charms and Fort or fancy 60/160 Armors.

No other spec is faster than Telebowa.

Stats: Str for Gear. Vitality for +700. Full Dex after.
Skills: Max GA, Multi, Crit, Penetrate. 1 on each Passive.
Gears: Shadow/Diamond/Mat, Enigma, 20FCR/3OS (3x1515 or 3x1540), 2/18FCR Ammy for P1 ATMA for P8, WT, Razor, LoH, FCR Dual Leech Ring, Raven.
Charms: Maiming (I sold my set so using usual Telebowa Max/AR/Life set), 4 5FHR/3Max SC.
Merc: Pride for P1, Eth Reapers for P8, Eth Fort or CoH, Eth Andy

Then the leftover points are free to use.

Shadow/Diamond are the best since you can run Atma+Razor. Mat Faith is a very close behind those two. This is strictly for PvM.

GMB can't use Atma+Razor as a telebowa. GMB Faith is great for flipping for FG, that's it.

what do you mean with Shadow/Diamond/Mat ?

Shadow/Diamond Faith are the BiS bow for 2.4
only 65IAS need for 7 Frame. 45 from tiara. 25 from glove. Atma and Razor.

Mat only need 45IAS but most zons get 65 easy without sacrificing anything. So Shadow/Diamond are the best damage.

Yes decriptify and amp override but still there's nothing better in P8 runs. You can clear see both curse proc a ton in a run. I put the videos for dudes like you
