What do you think is the most effective Uber Smiter setup and why?

what skills for smiter? i use holy cold and swing weapons but need more lifeleech against skelletons

I personally like Guillaumes, Dracul's, CoH, Mara, Goblin Toe, Thundergod's Vigor, Raven & Dwarf, Herald of Zakarum and Aestron's Iron Ward.
