What is the difference for char or merc to have SA or AP?
Ofc there is a difference in str req but does it influences the fhr, frw or ias maybe? Where I can find explanation for that? Wanna know what the differences between heavy armor and light armor type are in general.

heavy armors lower frw by a small amount, but you gain a small amount of defense which will almost never matter
