yes.
One instance of prayer, meditation & cleansing will stack fully with the other two auras, and each one provides the healing of prayer, fully stacking with the synergy. If each one has +60 healing, having all three at the same time is +180
In fact you can even get the healing from multiple instances of a single aura, be it 3 different prayers, 3 different cleansings, or 5 different meditations, all at the same time, so long as they're all the same skill level. If they're different skill levels, only the highest level applies. So a team with multiple mercenaries, all equipped with the same prayer+meditation at the same level, will fully stack, so long as they don't get different slvl from something like battle command.

A level 75+ merc has level 18 prayer, which heals 21 life every 2 seconds. With an insight equipped, this heals 42 life per 2 seconds from the two auras combined. Adding in a +2 skills armor, +2 skills helm and battle command can make them have level 23 prayer, for +31 hp every 2 seconds, +62 with meditation too.

Yes, as long as they're not already affected by a prayer or meditation of higher skill level
In the extreme case, 8 players, all with mercenaries using level 23 prayer + 17 meditation to fully stack, can get +496 hp healed every 2 seconds

Follow up question Mabye I misunderstood something: Highest lvl meditation on insight is lvl 17, if mercs gets lvl 18 prayer at cmb 75+, wouldent mercs lvl 18 prayer overwrite the lvl 17 meditation as it is higher lvl? So you would need a merc under lvl 75 at all times to make this work?

he's saying a healing aura stacks with another healing aura if the level is the same

you can stack any level prayer with any level meditation. As long as the auras being applied are different auras, they fully stack. What I'm talking about is stacking multiple copies of the same aura, ie two different instances of meditation aura.


meditation and cleansing add a healing effect equal to your current (not base) level of prayer as a synergy. When it comes to stacking multiple copies of the same meditation of cleansing aura, it doesn't matter what level their prayer synergy is, the game only checks the level of the actual aura being applied. So a might merc with 0 points prayer equipped with a 17 meditation insight, which grants no healing at all, will override a prayer merc with level 23 prayer and a level 16 meditation insight. The prayer aura itself from the merc will apply, but not the meditation, halving the healing
Hence if you do actually make a prayer merc and bring it to public games, make sure your insight is rolled at 17. Otherwise someone elses non-prayer merc might override it, but if they have their own level 17 prayer merc, it will stack.
it will still get completely overriden by any paladin with level 18+ meditation however

the fact +skills don't apply to auras on equipped makes it easy to get a uniform maximum level meditation to stack thankfully, so prayer mercs with different setups can stack their meditation auras, but they have to be the same +skills to stack their prayer auras
