Im running fast diablos before I go to baal for 4th / 5th wave and baal xp

the vemon lords destroy me sometimes. Will hotspurs or a dwarf star do better to prevent me from dying? If so which one?

Hotspurs will help a shitload if your other gear gets you to 90 res

Dude pvm is mad easy all you need is 75% fire resist and you are all set but hotspurs is a nice choice for boots but I prefer aldurs boots.

Its pretty simple math.

Putting on a dwarf star reduces the fire damage you take by 40%
Putting on hotspur boots taking you from 75% to 90% resistance reduces the damage you take by 60%

dwarf reduces 30% of the damage ( provided current life < Max life -15% dmg after res), or do u mean the extra Mdr will make to 40%..... in that case its not pretty simple ^^...
