only 34 ias.

Max WW Breakpoint is -34ias. Berserker Axe has base of -0 ias. Therefore you only need 34ias on your grief for max WW Speed

Also, as a side note, WW speed is based off the speed of your weapon only. No +Ias gear (other than what is on your weapon) will affect your WW speed. Therefore 20ias Gloves or a 40ed 15ias jewel in your arreats will have 0 affect on the speed of your WW.
