For me way easier , like 3 dclone . Its harder to keep the good one alive to get the jewel you want .
Try to separate them , they can spawn 5minions and when you kill an ancient, all his remaining minions spawn .
When the fight start they enchant themself so you get -100 res to fire , cold and light. Try to use gear who add max res , priorising light res cause you will see madawk thunder kick ass ! I use thunder god and wisp on my mosaic to not get one shot hit
As the fight progress , ancient get stronger and get more abilities:
Each ancient enrages at 50%, 25% HP, and when one of their allies die.
2nd Stage Abilities
After the first Colossal Ancient is defeated:
Talic's Whirlwind ability leaves behind a trail of fiery Dust Devils. These deal significant damage but are generally easy to avoid.Korlic casts a Cold Fissure as each of his Leap Attacks end. This ability can create dangerous areas of the battlefield that are best to avoid, especially when paired with his final stage mechanic.Madawc's ranged attacks now cause Charged Bolts to emanate from their target on impact. The Bolts generally aren't an issue in Single Player, but can wreak havoc against Minion builds or in multiplayer.Final Stage Abilities
After the second Colossal Ancient is defeated:
Talic summons a Colossal Volcano at his Whirlwind's origin, dealing massive Fire and Physical damage in an area. Still, this ability isn't too hard to avoid.Korlic casts Blizzard with each of his Leap Attacks. When combined with Cold Fissure, this can create devastating areas that should be avoided at all costs. Consider overcapping your Cold Resistance and consuming Thawing Potions to combat his Conviction Aura.Madawc begins to evoke Colossal Thunder Storm, which can be very punishing if you have no summons to help soak the strikes.
