As I get older, running around HC with 600hp mega expensive bowazon is too stressful to be fun anymore. Plus I wanna try Ubers and Uber ancients, and while I could MAYBE do those with a tankier bowa, I'm way too scared to try

So I'm switching to a physical spearzon, which isn't so bad since a lot of the gear overlaps (charms mostly).
Problem is I have 0 experience whatsoever with this build, I have never pressed the impale or fend skills once in my life. Any tips much appreciated
Spear: botd war pike
Helm: gface with 15ias/40ed (wrong jewel) (kiras for ubers?)
Armor: fortitude ofc, but do i need a coh or something for ubers?
Amulet: highlords i assume? Maybe an atmas if I don't need ias? Angelic?
Belt: verdungos seems like the obvious pick to me, but a lot of guides say string of ears. Don't I already have enough lifesteal with botd and other items? Or can you never have enough. Idk if 40 vitality (120 life) is worth more than 8LL (haven't run the numbers). Is 10 fhr dungos relevant? Tgods for ubers?
Gloves: Blood Gloves (Dracs for ubers)
Ring 1: ravenfrost, angelic for ubers with kiras?
Ring 2: blood ring
Boots: Gores
Swap: Cta
Charms: sharp GCs of vita, fine SCs of vita
Should I be getting fhr Charms to hit a later breakpoint? Does fhr matter on a spearzon? Idk if fend or impale is uninterupptible or something like that (don't know the mechanics at all). Do I need life/LR scs for ubers? I assume yes.
A2 merc, might? Do these just instantly die in ubers anyways? Never done ubers tbh.

Ias breakpoints for impale:
50 - 21fpa - free with botd
63 - 20fpa
78 - 19fpa - comes with highlords, no other ias
99 - 18fpa - comes with highlords and blood gloves/loh, but impossible with dracs? Highlords + 15ias jewel would not hit this, so 15ias jewel in helm seems useless.
129 - 17fpa (impossible unless I do something wacky)
Fhr breakpoints:
20 - 8 (free with gface)
32 - 7
52 - 6 (comes with verdungos and one GC)
86 - 5 (would maybe need a bone break? Or 3 GCs and verdungos).
Ok thats the setup/info here are my questions:
Tldr:
1. Weapon - Any legitimate alternatives to the botd war pike?
2. Helm - Do I just put an um in my gface? No better alternative? Or i guess maybe some super expensive shimmering jewel? Do I replace this with kiras guardian for ubers, or is the cb very necessary to do relevant dmg?
3. Amulet - any alternatives to highlords?
4. Belt - verdungos or soe? Or I guess tgods for ubers?
5. Fhr - how important/relevant is this? Do fend/impale bypass these somehow?
6. Attack rating - will I have AR issues? Will I need Angelics, or maybe some Steel charms?
7. Is bone break too dangerous for ubers?
8. Should I be using Jab ever?
9. Once I skill up impale, fend, penetrate, and crit, is it worth putting points into valk, or will it just die instantly? I could maybe put them into Dodge (or Avoid) instead for more personal survivability. Does dodge work on ubers?
