maybe. but maybe it doesnt matter at all. I play non ladder and mostly alone. I had a drop yesterday morning. random terrorized zone, player count 1. First Herold which appeared drop latent sunder lightning. now im 40 jah richer. I probably killed around 200 herold thus far. I stopped focussing terror zones and herolds. wouldnt do so or else you dont have fun playing. Also: No herold dropped anything remotely useful until the level 1 dropped the latent sunder.
