With all add on game, what is lv required for craft amu and circlet?

And for xp now, it's always Baalrun?

There's no level requirement for crafting, but if you want amulet to have chance to get +2 skills, use level 93 character to gamble and craft amulet.
There's no recipe for crafting circlets?

Autofail you only need to be 89 to craft 2/20 ammys every guide on craft level is 100% useless on jsp

All ilvl 88 or higher amulets will do, but because items generated by gambling are -5 through +4 levels of your character's level you want to use level 93 character to make sure all amulets you've gambled have at least ilvl 88.

Clvl 93 for crafting with gambled amys
Floor(93/2)+floor(88/2)=90

And clvl 90 for using amys found in TZs
Floor(90/2)+floor(92/2)=91
But if you are clvl 89…
Floor(89/2)+floor(91/2)=89
