So i downloaded the new ROTW with steam not battlenet. I cant figure out how to swap to EU or other from NA as i dont see the option on steam
and battlenet tells me i dont have the expansion.

You need to add -address to launch options.

Asia:
-address kr.actual.battle.net

Europe:
-address eu.actual.battle.net

Americas:
-address us.actual.battle.net
