A question as old as time but here we are. I always thought you needed more than 30IAS on a BA to achieve the max IAS bp with smite.
According to this you only need 30? What am I missing? (assuming you are wearing 20IAS gloves)

co pilot says i dont need any extra IAS, this calc tells me I need alteast crafted gloves, someone else told me they used MAXROLL and it needs to be 36 IAS. So is the AI just a dumb clanker? Was my calculations somehow incorrect on the calc? Or is MAXROLL cap'n?
