What's the best Skill to go with for Hell?
Actually im playing Flame Wave + Convic Hephaisto but it feels slow due to all the Immunes / High Fire Res.

What would you suggest?
Which Gear you suggest with other Build?

Fire at first, echo when you get to like a4 nightmare.

Get some life and mana leech and an insight with 5+ crit and you will mow through everything
