Last time I played was when D2R is released, I see in the meantime there has been a lot added, including loot filters!

Are there any good loot filters avail to copy/download for ladder start, or am I stuck trying to make my own? I'm sure I could manage, but it's been a while and could definitely be worthwhile to start from a solid foundation
