what's the best hc build and cheapest I can use for leveling a warlock

without any patch notes yet, i would say fire. big damage aoe spell that pushes enemies away is really nice.

summoner/blood boil is super safe, but kinda slow buildup before becoming quite strong and essentially immortal.

Same thing I'm trying to figure out at the last minute since I haven't tested any of the new stuff.

Did norm to hell in a few hours ssf with fire. Goes wild when you get leaf.

I would say fire easily the fastest
Nightmare keep using fire and try to skip any immunes or let merc deal with them
Respec to magic in hell for the fire immunes.
