Hey had a few questions about the best char to start season 13 with. its been a while since i played the start of a season and was curious about gearing up early.

I always use to play sorc in the past for teleport and doing meph to get some starter gear and sell stuff early on here. Is that still the play or could warlock be just as viable early on?
I really do enjoy the lock so far and would like to play that but fear without tele early its going to be hard to do things efficiently.

Seems like warlock gonna be meta. Get tele staff and then go farm a conviction aura minion to tame and he just melts everything.

Yah his pretty fun since he also have a move like the flight assassin to tele hit too. So u can run hustle and be fast asf.

A Blizz Sorc will always be best unless the game changes significantly, but you can modify your farming style to be 'somewhat' as good with other starter builds before you can farm enigma:

Lightning sorc - farm Arcane Sanctuary for runes/charms/jewelry/Hkeys
Nova or fireball sorc - farm Countess/Summoner and ghosts on the way
Hydra sorc - farm Durance level 3 full clears

For non-tele characters including Warlock you need to pick an area you can clear fast and get to fast with 0-10 tele's from a staff:

Chaos Sanctuary
Pindle/Bone Ash/Eldritch
Travincal
Maybe cows if you have very fast run speed

Now pick a build for your non-sorc that can farm those areas fast. Abyss/magic can do them all in reasonable time imo on starter Warlock.
