How much dex does a necro need using an Eld Storm Shield? Not a high end build, but something I can throw together with the gear I have

The goal here would to put 0 points into Dex (or no more than 2 levels worth), but use only gear swaps. What I'm thinking so far, not sure on the ideal combinations.

20 Ravenfrost
Temp 1 nec/20 fcr/14 dex/10 str/ amulet
Hoto 10 Dex or 8 spear 1 fire golem White
2 nec/20 fcr /14 dex / 37 life / LR 33/ 1 os Circlet or Temp 2 pnb/20 fcr/ 27 life /2 os circlet
10 fcr/11 dex/ 39 life / 30 CR ring
