So, my plan is to build a budget sorc. i would like to know what would be the best mixed items for a sorc build

for example, tal amu armor belt + shaco? occu? schuta? hoto? spirit shield? im unsure about what combinations make.

Also, if you can tell me what would be better, fire, blizz or light, or nova with that build.

my goal would be to spamm non stop andy, mephi, maube cows, and rush people

i would like to do a budget fg, ofc i gues full tal is the cheapest option, but i dont want the cheapest of the cheapest, i want something balanced, thats why m,aybe using shaco, hoto, occy, spirit etc it's better

so i need you guys to show me the best option

Don't use Occy.

Full tals is great, especially for Lightning Sorc & 125% FCR (well I think that is the best for Chain Lightning and all), and of course you get the normal 105% for other elements.

For my own information:

Following Setup: Tals Set / Magefist / 2x FCR rings / Spirit Monarch (35% fcr) & War Travs

Skills: +2 All Skills +6 Sorc Skills / +1-2 Lightning Mastery (each skill [Lightning Mastery] = 12% Lightning Skill Damage = 112% or 120%)
FCR: 125%
Resistences Hell Difficulty
...Light 143% with 3x Anya Quest / Perfect Anni n Torch
...Cold 110% with 3x Anya Quest / Perfect Anni n Torch
...Fire 075% with 3x Anya Quest / Perfect Anni n Torch
...Poison 070% with 3x Anya Quest / Perfect Anni n Torch
Mana: +268-291 (+10 Energy)
Life: +317 (+32 Vitality)
FHR: 80%
MF: 183-218%
-15% to enemy lightning resistence
3 Socketable items (add 3x 5/5s)
... -15% to enemy lightning resistence / +15% lightning skill damage

Of course merc = Might Infinity / Fort or ?? / Andys Ral'd ??

You can still do the Viper armor, or even Eth Skulders Ire armor or other runeword items, it depends if you want MF or killspeed combined to your play style... I mean for MF you can use Tarnhelm as a Helm for MF with Eth Skulders Ire and Lidless Wall for shield... magefist is cheap, dang you can use Nagel Rings, just make sure you have a good merc, Amulet, cheapest is Mahim Oak, or you can get Angelics 2x Rings & Amulet and Armor for 100% mf addition and life regen (50% mf per ring based on 4 set items)... remember you are a caster and your merc gains any MF you are wearing on top of their kills.

Up to you, some research helps and I am not sure if this still applies to D2r... LoD it does.

Sorc has lots of options but it's easy to build a fast clearer on ladder in a couple of weeks or so.
I recently made a SP one in a few weeks here's the setup:

Skills - blizzard and glacial spike. 1 point chant for merc and 1 point static.
(Ice blast instead of spike for faster baal/mephs).

Items:
Wizard Spike (with 3 mana after kill jewel)
Vipermagi
Shako
Magefists
War Travs
Snowclash
Spirit shield
+2 Amy
Soj
FCR Stat ring

Merc:
Eth bonehew (shael/amn)
Tals helm (15ias jewel)
Gladiators bane
Might aura

For mf swap: chancies/goldwrap/4 topaz armor.

The key is tweaking certain things. ie: My wizard spike has a good jewel with 3mana after each kill which means no need for merc mana auras and such. You can use a tir rune for +2 mana for this too. My merc has 65% IAS and I chant him so he's fast and gladiator armor stops him being frozen. Sorc has 105fcr also even if I swap in MF items. If you can't find a wiz spike use a spirit. If you need mana use frostburns. If you can't find a bonehew or something like that for merc make an insight. For merc armor you can use a trech/stone/arkaine etc. You want him to have might aura so he can fast clear immunes.
