I finally reached level 94 and want to use my charsi quests but am having trouble finding white diadems. Is there a location that is best for farming these? I have 3 coronets but are they worth using or should I wait to find the diadems?

Diadems would be the very worst choice to imbue at 94.

Why do you say that? From what I researched they are the best items to roll. I know the chance is super low for them to roll anything good but I heard they have the highest potential and even if they suck you can reroll them with p skulls

You can use this formula to get another chance at a Rare Item of the same type. ilvl = int(.4 * clvl) + int(.4 * ilvl) Player level matters. This formula will not work on items larger than 3x2.

Diadems can roll all affixes if you imbue them even at clvl 8.
A detail tho, you should wait until clvl 22 to imbue them, because if they are below ilvl 26 they’re restricted to 1os (ans the 2os prefix is one of the most wanted affix).

You can reroll them an infinite amount of times with pskulls, as long as you do it on a clvl high enough to keep the ilvl 26+

And you can gamble them as fast as you can click.

So, one last time, DO NOT waste your high clvl imbue quest on diadems. Use it on items that matter: staffmodable items.
The imbue quest has a hidden bonus increasing the odds to roll staffmods. You could get a 3/3/3 claw, pelt, scepter, voodoo head, orb, etc.
At your clvl the odds are extremely better than the normal odds when dropping/rerolling/gambling such items.

This is the only benefit of the imbue quest for high clvl.
Please, do not waste it on an item you can already get in sny other ways.

But committing all that time to lvl up to 94 and then try farming white diadems, one of the rarest bases, to waste them on imbue quest is just dumb.
Gambling circs at clvl 92+ is giving you the exact same odds of rolling any good rare, same as your odds when imbueing a diadem at clvl 22 to 99. You get 1 rare each 10 clicks, which takes 1 second of your time.

Meanwhile, the hidden bonus given by the imbue quest is guaranteed minimum 1 staffmod, and gives a massive bonus at high clvl to roll both more staffmods and increase the +skill range.

At your clvl, you go from near impossibility to ever roll a 3/3/3 item, to almost guaranteed 3/3/3.
Your imbue quest is either worth 1 random diadem dropped by a random mob or rerolled once with 6 pskulls.
Or it can be worth the equivalent odds of dropping ~10,000 rare claw/pelt or whatever staffmodable item you chose. You do not ever get anything close to this ultra high odds of getting a gg item in D2.

Your imbue quest is either worth 6 pskulls, or 1 second of your time if you imbue a diadem. Or it’s worth weeks of nonstop farming if you are wise.
