depending on matchups:
switch shields between spirit jmoc ss (jmoc jewels ideally 20-20 rbfs or 15-15 + 1 ias so you can easily switch between it and storm(s) but it ultimately depends on the rest of your setups)
switch belts between dungo and arach and nosfer
switch boots between aldur, spurs, blood boots with cr and lr, sometimes gore for ow, sometimes ww for block and life if you're switching out other dex gear
use 4/40 with adds like inc stack/rep/high physical/kb
2/20 kb gloves unless you have kb on your javelin

just know that the moment you face someone with even a little stacked res it's game over. might wanna look into hybrid psn jav builds or bow trihybrids if that bothers you
