Any cons to using an eth Infinity? Does it lose durability if just using as a casting wep?

No cons at all, it will not lose durability by casting spells. People go for eth for the looks. Some prefer npn-eth for the cyclone charges but I legit never see anyone use them anyways lol.

why wouldn't you use the cyclone armor? it's not all that, but it's an extra hit you can take for an already tanky build.

because that's not how it works. it'll absorb like 1/100 of a hit so it's just a waste of time and money
