Slow is part of smite vs smite so I will start a dueling area that allows and see how we go

I agree it’s not best in slot at all but allows for people who can’t afford bb to have some slow on their builds

Anything over 10% slow is generally considered bm but it depends on what league and their specific rules. I just go by DFC HLD rules cuz that's probably the most popular league and have a pretty good system for fair and interesting match ups.
