Death gloves
Some knife javs in -10 wsm category(check out knives as well).

And some other stuff, stealth or the armor with ias/etc

Throw/ww works with harpoons

1/30frw circ w adds
1barb or 2 mast ammy w life/mana etc
Peace armor
2x eth harpoons with 30ias(doesnt need replenish)
Sander gloves and boots
Death belt/soe if dont need cbf
2x rings with ar/str or dex based on ur gear/min dmg/mana
20fcr tele staff

Some rulesets going around saying u can only use the 37fcr bp if u use 70frw, u can do 63fcr only if using rare/magic helmet so adjust fcr on circ and rings to accomadate. Heaviest item depends on if u dont care about defense(doesnt usually matter a whole lot, more of a min max kinda thing) cuz u can just use breastplate peace, in which case dex on rings is better than str, or go up to light plate/mp if u want more def and use at least 1 str ring(u can get 9str on ring)

20ias on harpoons would also be fine, like shown here:

Stupid question, do both weapons need 20 ias or just the main hand?

20ias locks you into IK gloves and belt which is worse than sanders and Soe or death

Oh for context we are talking about throw + ww, not just throw only which is bad
