Does anyone have experience between the two builds? P1 vs P8 (I’ll mainly be playing P1, occasionally host runs with 99 Sorc)?

What is your preference/more enjoyable with your play style? Is 200Fcr overkill? For your preferred choice, what is your ultimate build!!

**I’ll likely MF pretty much everything on P1 —- I’m more-so on the side of 200Fcr from what I’ve seen (never played a fireball Sorc yet… will be my next character to level)***

sorc should never ever use 200 fcr unless you're solely rushing people or just teleporting to baalruns

it's really good, imo even better than hammerdin and def around A tier

still doesnt beat nova sorc though, which isnt only better, but also cheaper

Totally forgot to respond to you Stefbef… I kind figured the 105Fcr with -fire res is the better route overall

Not at all no, teleport is cheap and phoenix aura constantly replenishes your life and mana

It’s quite strong too but not cheap

No mana issues whatsoever; redemption from phoenix easily keeps it topped 1 point warmth is enough and gives you a lot of mana regen too

Haven’t played it myself but I ran into a few who oneshot the living crap out of p8 terror zone with this setup. They cleared much faster than my 15k damage 125 fcr hammerdin

I’d say the only downside is that it’s not super tanky, things like those charge undead or dolls with amp can be scary, but you can play around it and keep distance

Then again amp dolls is scary on any char. And this fire sorc is much better vs souls than nova sorc ever will be

I have yet to try the Fireball Sorc, but I can’t believe I didn’t remember the Phoenix with that response lol … just like some of my other few builds, might need to kill a pack here & there to regen if tele’ing far (and like you said, +skills on Sorc should be relatively low-ish)

For the new event, she shall come to existence (being a 105Fcr build)
