i've been running eth thresher insight on my psn nova necro and was wondering if i should summon iron maiden with my insight and does it affect the damage if it's eth thresher insight or it doesn't matter as long it's the runeword

so the base and ethereal wouldn't matter? just having the highest level medi is important?

Your golem will take on the stats of the item. If you want it to do more damage, do an eth high dmg base. If you're only using him for medi, do a random 17 medi Insight.
