Back in the day the fools claws had to be the primary weapon so it would bug the AR and would also help the other claw hitting

Does anyone know if this has been fixed? Is there an easy way to test it out?

Wondering because people pay huge amounts to have the primary weapon be the fools which then requires it to have ias for laying traps

Yes it still matters. And yes your main hand should still be your rare claw due to this.

I’ve tested it on a sin with like 1k ar chaos side 10k ar fools side

Didn’t hit shit when I put fools in offhand

I forgot what the exact mechanic was but iirc if your main hand doesn’t hit your offhand doesn’t even get a hitcheck, or something like that.

So there’s no point ever using fools offhand

Not to mention your blade shield also won’t hit shit

yea i think its something like that
and I remember the AR of the claws swap when there is a hit (or a no hit, cant remember). So in practice it made more sense having the fool mainhand so you have more chance of getting the actual first hit

i no longer have my spidersin and i took off all items to get as low ar as possible too

can't test it anymore
